breathe and exhale
when you’ve realized that all the time you had your head in the books, your heart on pause and your soul captive of a system, that all around you has been placed there to distract you. when you can really, truly breathe and exhale without restraints tainting your lungs. you will understand that the cost for liberation and freedom is nothing compared to the price you have been paying as a colonized mind, body and soul. -kalayaan
